Ticket and booking terms

Share your preferred option and the ages of any children. We will confirm the current rules, availability and final total before ticket issue.

Group size
The group arrangement requires at least five individual tickets. Accompanied-child tickets do not count towards this minimum. Smaller parties can enquire, but this group offer does not apply.
Plan ahead
Request at least 24 hours ahead; a week is preferable. A confirmation email is required before treating your visit as booked.
Price
Visitor price on request. The supplier's 2026 agent price sheet is pending validity confirmation.
Ticket issue
A request is not a confirmed booking. Booking is complete only after a confirmation email.
Cancellation
Once tickets are issued, they cannot be cancelled or refunded. Review the final terms before approving issue.

Before the first ride

Can children join?

Eligibility and accompaniment rules depend on the activity and ticket. Send the ages and heights of children so we can check the current requirements before you decide.

Are transfers included?

Transport is not included in an attraction ticket by default. If you would like a transfer as part of your Busan plan, include your pickup location in the enquiry.

Can issued tickets be refunded?

No. Once issued, tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded. We ask you to review the final terms before approving ticket issue.
